Presenter guidelines

All presenting authors of oral presentations are expected to register for and attend BSIR 2024. For poster presentations, at least one of the poster authors must have a valid congress registration. Poster presenters (or their co-authors) need to complete and pay their registration by October 10, otherwise the poster will be withdrawn from the programme of BSIR 2024. Costs associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter.

Upload format: single .ppt(x) file (landscape orientation, 16:9, multiple slides), max. 16 MB
Upload deadline (extended): Wednesday, August 14 (23:59 BST)

Speaking times: Regarding the speaking time, please refer to your personal speaker invitation. Please make sure that your speaking time does not exceed the envisioned time frame.
